From the time that he could stand on a milk carton to wash dishes in his father’s pharmacy at an early age, to the present, Chef Brad has been passionately involved in food preparation, service and presentation. Early in his career he worked in a variety of hospitality settings with many exceptional chefs from Maine to Florida. Through that experience, he learned that attention to detail, a friendly approach and using fresh ingredients are critical components to a successful culinary experience.
Chef Brad absolutely loves being a private caterer. For many years, he worked in the kitchen “behind the line” where he had limited opportunity to deal directly with the customers. Through Have Chef Will Travel, he especially enjoys working individually with his customers to tailor a menu, experience and price that will be exactly what was envisioned.
